Refurbished Grade System Explained

  • NEW – Brand new, unopened, from the factory condition.
  • A+ (Pristine) – Like new feeling, either has no marks or defects or requires close inspection with a magnifying glass to see any.
  • A (Excellent) – Excellent condition, very few signs of wear that requires close inspection to notice.
  • B (Good) – Good condition overall, you will be able to notice minor defects upon inspection.
  • C (Acceptable) – Noticeable defects like large scratches or small dents and knocks. The product listing will specify the defects.
  • D or Lower (Poor) – These devices have severe cosmetic damage, such as deep scratches, large dents, and visible marks. These devices will either be sold on our TradeMe page or with a “devices with defects” tag.
